Shipping & Returns Policy
Free Ground Shipping on Steno Machines
Free UPS ground shipping available within U.S.A except to AK, HI & PR.
Shipping
We use the following carriers UPS, FEDEX & USPS because their tracking, insurance and time sensitive services. If the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone. We typically ship your order on the same day if received by 12 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
- All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery
Returns
No Refunds, Exchanges Only.
- Steno Machine Parts have a 30 day replacement, all parts come from pre-owned working machines that have passed all performance tests.
- Customer pays shipping to us. Only exception is when shipment is dead on arrival (DOA).
- Acculaw will pay regular ground shipping back to customer.
Media Returns
- No Returns or Exchanges on Media Items (Books, Tapes,CDs & other media)
RMA
Before sending any packages back call 1-800-251-5529 or e-mail us at rma@acculaw.com to get an RMA.(items without RMA will not be accepted)
- Write RMA# & Contact information on box.
- Include a description of the problem inside box.
Packing Instructions
Steno Machines or other products must be packed with at least 5 inches of foam, bubblepack, peanuts or newspaper all around, and then further packed in a plastic bag and then boxed. This will provide the best assurance of the equipment staying intact.
NOTE: We recommend using UPS for all return shipping. This carrier provides package tracking, insurance and proof of delivery to us.
