1. Give us a call 1(800)251-5529.
   
   
2. We send you a invoice.
   
   
3. Ship to Acculaw your printed and signed invoice with YOUR OLD ink cartridge and form of payment (Check or CC info). We recommend a padded envelope.
   
   
4. We install new ink ribbon and new sponge in an existing stentura cartridge(not yours, we just need to receive an ink cartridge).
   
   
5. Once we receive your signed invoice, old ink cartridge and form of payment we ship tested serviced ink cartridge within 24 hours of receipt using expedited priority mail shipping.
